Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef stew

1 can swanson's beef broth

6 medium or large potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 medium onion, diced

salt

pepper

seasoning salt

garlic powder

1 can sliced carrots, drain juice

1 can green beans, drain juice

1 can peas, drain juice

1 can corn, drain juice

Directions

In a crockpot.Put all of the ingredients together.

Put it on low for about 11 hours or on high for 9 hours.

If you put canned veggies in a crockpot for 9 or 11 hours; they would turn to mush. Wouldn't it be better to add them at the end just to heat them? Just a suggestion.

I love this easy crockpot soup. As victoriarequina says the veggies may get too soft, so since we have so many fresh veggies this time of year in Arkansas I will use fresh while I can!
