I have been hearing about this Chicken and heard that it is pretty good.As I thought to myself.I thought that I would share the recipe here.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon Country mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cream-style horseradish
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions
  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees (use enough oil to completely cover chicken).Combine all the ingredients for the Creole mustard sauce in a bowl an chill.Cut each chicken half breast, lenthwise, in 5 long slice (chicken fingers).Smash the Cap'n Crunch into crumbs.Combine the cereals, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.Combine the egg and milk in a sseparate bowl.Dredge each piece of chicken in the milk mixture, then completely coat it with the dry mixture.When the oil is hot, fry the chicken for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.Remove to paper towels for drainning.Serve hot with Creole mustard sauce.
