  • mix drie ingre- together add the rest mix it will big baking pan rab with oil add the haresa and cut in shape that u like diamonds are the best so garnis with peanuts or almond and in oven pre=heat 350 for 40-45 miutes pour cold syrup 2c suga 1c water boil for 4 mintues best if u make the syrup a day ahead.so that it will be thick and sweet enjoytip cut the haresa age after u just added the syrup so that u will get a clean cut with no stick peaces.keep ur knife in cold water befor u cute the haresa .
