A quick pasta salad recipe that my family loves! Goes great for just a lunch meal or a light dinner. Can be used as a side too! All the ingredients can be added or subtracted to taste!

Ingredients
  • 1 large box of spiral pasta
  • 1 bag of Mozz. Cheese
  • 1 bag of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow or orange pepper
  • 1 packet of "Good Seasons" Italian salad dressing mix (you will need water, oil and vinegar for the mix)

Directions
  1. Boil the pasta as directed
  2. While the pasta boils you can do the following prep work!
  3. mix your water, oil and vinegar and seasoning for the Good Seasons - Italian dressing and place in fridge to cool
  4. Slice up your peppers and cool in fridge
  5. Strain and cool the pasta with cold water
  6. place strained, cooled, pasta in large bowl
  7. *** add the following ingredients to taste.
  8. add garlic and stir carefully
  9. add sliced pepperoni
  10. add sliced pepper
  11. add cheese
  12. add garbanzo beans
  13. add salad dressing
  14. place lid on bowl and shake!
  15. if you don't have a lid, use a spoon to stir carefully but be sure to mix that dressing in all over!
