How to make it

  • Cut corned beef hash into sicks slcies. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile combine onion, pickle, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; spread mixture on hash slices. Cut cheese slices in half’ statck two halves atop each hash slice. Return to broiler just till cheese begins to melt, about 1 minute. Serve open faced on toasted bun halves. Makes 6 sandwiches.
