- 1 16-oz can corned beef hash shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 6 slices sharp American cheese shopping list
- 3 hamburger buns split and toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Cut corned beef hash into sicks slcies. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile combine onion, pickle, mustard and Worcestershire sauce; spread mixture on hash slices. Cut cheese slices in half’ statck two halves atop each hash slice. Return to broiler just till cheese begins to melt, about 1 minute. Serve open faced on toasted bun halves. Makes 6 sandwiches.
