dilly harvest potatoes

- 4 large potatos shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 1 onion, minced shopping list
- 2 T butter shopping list
- 1 t dill weed shopping list
- 1/2 t pepper shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 2 T milk or cream shopping list
How to make it
- peel and shred carrots and potatos
- squeeze potatos and discard liquid
- toss potatos ,carrots, onion. put in a smallish buttered dish.
- sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill.
- dot the top with butter, pushing some down into mixture.
- drizzle milk over
- bake 1 hour at 350.
- cover with foil if dish starts to get too brown
