It went uptown on us

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 3 Slice of bologna
- Lettuce & tomato
- Salt & pepper
- slice cheese of choice
- Green pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 sm. cucumber, sliced
- Horseradish
Directions
- Place bologna in skillet and pepper heavily (black pepper). When fried put on bread which has horseradish, tomato, lettuce, green pepper slices, onion slices and cucumber slices. Salt to taste
- get you a beer or some Wal - Mart wine to drink with it

The name remind me of a talk show host saying in the early 50's one of the sponsor was for Bologna, he said on the air that the product would make a great Boloney sandwich...the station was upset and worry the sponsor would be mad!, instead they told them don't worry, that how we say the name of the sandwich too! lol
