  • BRING TO BOIL.THEN SIMMER FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES.. DRAIN AND WASH WITH COLD WATER AND DRAIN AGAIN. RUB WHITE ONION WITH SALT. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER GENTLY
  • DRIZZLE SLOWLY WITH LEMON JUICE AND OLIIVE OIL AND MIX AGAIN GENTLY.. USE A SALAD SPOON TO SCOOP IT ON THE SALAD LEAVES. USE FRESH PITA BREAD OR AS A SIDE DISH
