    Ivy: I have deleted it so as not to cause confusion. Apparently, the estate I obtained it from had mis-information. Thanks for pointing it out.

    Sorry dear to disappoint you but what you have posted is neither Greek nor Tyropita.

    It could be a spanakopita but in Greece we do not put bechamel sauce in spanakopita.
