Grammys Cake

This cake is great for breakfest put in the toaster with a little butter or its great just for dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of veg oil shopping list
- 3-4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups of flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 heaping tsp of baking powder shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 tsp of vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp of lemon extract shopping list
- 1 tbsp of sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease and flour bundt cake pan
- Mix sugar , veg oil & eggs together for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add milk and mix until sugar is dissolved
- Add in remaining ingredientsand mix well
- Pour into pan
- Bake at 350 for approx 50 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean
- Watch for excessive browning
