Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1 cup of veg oil

3-4 eggs

1 cup milk

2 1/2 to 3 cups of flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 heaping tsp of baking powder

pinch of salt

1 tsp of vanilla

1 tsp of lemon extract

1 tbsp of sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Grease and flour bundt cake pan

Mix sugar , veg oil & eggs together for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add milk and mix until sugar is dissolved

Add in remaining ingredientsand mix well

Pour into pan

Bake at 350 for approx 50 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean

Watch for excessive browning
