Good question.I would like to know that answer as well.

1. Look up fudge recipes on the web
2. find one that has these ingredients
3. Most fudge recipes will have these same ingredients with additions
4. Find a pencil and piece of paper
5. Write the amts and ingredients down
That should do it.
Good luck!

Yes, You will have to do what Victoria Regina suggested....Each time you make it tweak it out a bit (more of this, less of that) and record the amounts till it's perfect and taste's just like Mom's

Why would someone "rate" a question? Just curious, I guess.

Thank you so much for the post on my Peanut Butter Fudge recipe. Sounds like the same one. By the way, be careful about the length of time you boil the mixture on the stove. If it is too humid outside, it may not set properly and be too sticky. This recipe is from my mom's old church cookbook.
I'm sorry to say that I haven't posted any recipes lately due to being so busy at work, but I hope to post some of my great-grandmother's, grandmother's and mother's recipes. I have a lot more old recipes like homemade gingerbread from my great-grandmother (it's about 90 years old and is in her original handwriting.) I have lots of them. When I retire, one of my projects is to consolidate all my family's old recipes. I have Northern recipes and Southern recipes as my father is from New Hampshire and my mother is from Georgia. And all of my relatives were the very best cooks! A few of them even owned restaurants at one time or another.
Take care and I can't wait to try some of your recipes.
Thanks,
Debbie
