Oktoberfest pizza/appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 3 small apples -- thinly sliced
  • 3 8-ounce packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/3 cup coarse mustard
  • 12 ounces bratwurst -- thinly sliced
  • 3 cups Muenster cheese -- grated
  • Sliced black olives - optional

Directions
  1. Spread mustard over dough. Separate into wedges.
  2. Place on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 375 for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Top with bratwurst, sliced olives (if using), then apples, then grated Muenster cheese.
  5. Return to oven & bake for 10 more minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with beer, if desired..
  7. Yield: 6 servings - 24 pieces
