CREAMY PARSLEY VEGGIE DIP

- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 cup ( 8 -oz ) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbs. Finley chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Pepper
- Assorted fresh vegetables
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
