I remember visting Rebecca one day and she always have some sort of soup on in this tall pot and I seen her making this one.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium green pepper, diced
  • 3 sticks celery, slice and cut
  • 3 cans potatoes, drain juice
  • 3 cans carrots, drain juice
  • 3 cans corn, drain juice
  • 3 cans green beans, drain juice
  • 3 cans peas, drain juice
  • 2 1/2 pounds beef stew
  • 5 to 6 cups water
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. In a stock pan add all the ingredients.Season with salt and pepper
  2. Let it boil for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender.

Alterations


I am new around here and I hope this is not a boo-boo.

Because the ingredients are mostly pre-cooked *I* would brown the meat in a wok or hot skillet first then cook a bit shorter time for both flavor and texture... YMMV of course ;)
