Party-licious avocado & crab dip. I served it with white corn Hint of Lime chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 large avocado -- peeled and pureed
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbl shallots -- chopped
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbl chives -- chopped
  • 1 Dash cayenne pepper
  • 7 oz crab meat
  • chips

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Chill in refrigerator.
  3. Garnish with extra chives.
  4. Serve with chips.
