Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (15 oz or larger) chili beans (any kind)
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounce) stew tomatoes
  • 2 cans (29 ounce or larger) tomato sauce
  • 2 packages chili seasoning
  • chili powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • ketcup
  • crackers

Directions
  1. In a pan add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, onion and chili beans.Let it cook.Drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the rest of the of the ingredients but the ketcup and crackers.Let it simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add as much of the ketcup and crackers as you like.

Any time that I cook up ground beef that I add enough water to it.WHY?That way that it won't stick to the pan and it helps to cook a little better and helps to get rid of the fat as well. When I drain the meat that I always make sure to run hot water and to rinsh off what ever eles there may be.
