When I thought that this recipe was my dad's recipe.I found out it was my Grandma's.So I had to come in here & redo it on this Brief Descripotion.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds sausage or itialian sausage
  • 2 large oninos, diced
  • 2 large green peppers, diced
  • 2 jalapenos, diced, (optional)
  • 2 cans bushs or brooks or your choice of chili beans
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 to 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar salsa
  • ketcup
  • crackers

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef, sausage, chili beans (most chili beans asks to cook with the meat), onions, green peppers, jalapenos and season with salt and pepper.Drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 extra minutes.
  3. When adding the chili to a bowl add enough ketcup and crackers to your liking.
  4. ***************************************************************************
  5. Could add this to a crockpot to keep it warm after cooking the first six ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients.Let it go for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. ENJOY!
