Ingredients
  • 1 lb. 3-1/2 oz. veal fillet (8 slices, approximately 3 oz. each)
  • 7 oz. asparagus tips
  • 3-1/2 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into sticks
  • oil
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • white wine
  • Parmigiano cheese, grated.

Directions
  1. Flatten each veal slice, sprinkle with salt, nutmeg and Parmigiano cheese.
  2. In the meantime, steam the asparagus tips. Cover each slice of veal with the asparagus tips and sticks of Swiss cheese. Roll and tie with kitchen thread or close with a toothpick.
  3. Sprinkle with white wine and bake at 325-350 in oven for about 20 minutes. (You don't want to overcook.)
