How to make it

  • Finely chop your tomatoes, onion, garlic and peppers (keep the juice from the tomatoes and the Jalapeno seeds to use in your salsa)
  • Combine your vegetables in a glass bowl (this bowl should have a top as you'll keep the salsa in the bowl until thoroughly enjoyed)
  • Add cumin and sea salt (to taste)
  • Add fresh lime juice and cilantro last and mix all ingredients well
  • Chill salsa in the refrigerator for at least an hour
  • Serve with your favorite chip (Mission Style Tortilla Strips are my fav) or over grilled chicken
