Ingredients
  • · 1/2 lt leche
  • · 1 cucharada(s) café instántaneo
  • · 1/2 cucharadita(s) vainilla
  • · 1 clavos de olor
  • · 1 palo(s) canela (chico)
  • · 1 pizca nuez moscada
  • · 3 cucharada(s) azúcar o a gusto
  • · 3 cuchara(s) colmada(s) aguardiente (grandes) o a gusto

Directions
  1. Hierva el azúcar en un poco de agua con la canela, nuez moscada y clavo de olor. Retire del fuego, cuele y disuelva ahí el café. Añada la vainilla y el aguardiente y todo frío incorpórelo a la leche hervida.
  2. Guarde en el refrigerador hasta el momento de servir.
