I found this on a Chocolate club website. Apparently the recipe is from Noah's Ark restaurant in the St Louis area.

Ingredients
  • 1 LB Butter
  • 3/4 LB Semisweet chocolate
  • 3 c Flour (minus 6 Tbsp.)
  • 2 1/4 ts Vanilla
  • 7 Eggs
  • 4 C Sugar
  • 4 c Walnuts; chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350~. Over low heat, melt butter and
  2. chocolate.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and vanilla.
  4. With mixer, whip eggs and sugar until mixture resembles
  5. a yellow ribbon. Blend in chocolate mixture on slow speed.
  6. Stir in walnuts. Spread batter into a greased 9x13" and a
  7. greased 8" square pan.
  8. Bake 35 minutes for large pan: 30 minutes
  9. for small pan. Makes 3 1/2 dozen. Noah's Ark is a popular restaurant
  10. in the St. Louis area.
