My Grandma had all ways made this recipe.Sence my Grandma had past away 7 years ago that I have been looking for this recipe of hers. So this recipe has went down to her kids and now us Grandkids.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Directions
  1. In a pan or stock pot add the sugar, milk and butter.Let it come to a boil.Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cocoa, vanilla and peanut butter.Stir well.

When I tend to make this around the holiday's that I use the hole entire 18 ounce peanut butter stead of the 1 cupper and I go by taste of it and even by the thickness as well.Feel free to play around with it with more on the ingredients or less of it.
