  • ~ Animals Crackers...There is just something about holding onto that string handle, swinging it by your side...subconsciously skipping down the isle...Back to age 5...As you come to the check-out counter with your treasure in tole, giving the checkout gentelman a sheepish grin, and him smiling back saying,"Me Too."
  • Dumping the Cracker Jacks in your lap in search of that elusive prize at the bottom of the box.Your eyes glassing over as you tear into that tiny square, revealing a 'Connect the Dots'
  • Your ecstatic...Hurryingly placing the Cracker Jacks back into their foil clad box, tapping at the little sailor on the front. You hand it off to your little sister explaining the 'Only Way' to really eat Cracker Jacks is for her to lick the palm of her hand and then retrieve a fist full.
  • You run to the kitchen giggling all the way,as your little sister is whaling in the background, you throw open the catch-all drawer, grasping a 2" pencil to solve the prized puzzle.
  • Ah... Those were the days! ~
  • ~Note~
  • It has been said: The English colonists first encountered popcorn at the first Thanksgiving when an Indian,Quadequina, brought a deerskin bag of popped corn as a gift.It soon became a tradition for the Indians to bring popcorn as a token of goodwill during peace negotiations.Colonial women graciously accepted the gifts of popcorn and served it for breakfast with molasses and cream.
