How to make it

  • Cut & scrape vanilla bean,set aside
  • In Blender add ice and Malibu(1/2 bottle should do) and 1C. rum
  • Give this a whirl..
  • Add Ice cream and vanilla bean scrapings
  • frappe this..add pineapple & juice as needed..
  • add cream of coconut and some of coconut milk..
  • In a saucer place coconut(coconut can be colored with your choice)..in another place some of the cream of coconut..
  • Rim glass with coconut cream then coconut..
  • Pour in drink..enjoy..these can be made as strong or as weak as you wish..I wish strong-n-yummy thank you..
  • I also freeze this as a type of sorbet for hot summer nites..
  • (can be eaten right out of container..Distract other person..oh, look..What do you mean..no I did not eat out of the container....My chin..oh well maybe just a bite..you're so slow..looking out the window...lol...enjoy..no I havent been tasting..yet..tonight(?????)
