Lemon Condensed Pie

This is a lemon pie that is sweet, rather than tart. I'm not a fan of lemons for anything other than a spice, but I LOVE this pie.
Ingredients
- 20 oz. sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 5 egg yolks shopping list
- 5 oz. lemon juice (reconstitute) shopping list
- 1 graham cracker Pie Shell (9") shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- Crushed vanilla Waffers (handfull) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks w/ a wisk
- Add condensed milk and mix well
- Add Lemon Juice and beat w/ wisk for 2-3 min.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Remove from oven and allow it to cool before topping w/ cream.
- I like to pipe mine and then cover w/ crushed vanilla waffers.
