Fish In Foil

This can be cooked on a grill, in the oven, or in a camp fire. Great camping food and can be customized to your taste.
Ingredients
- 1 piece of fish per serving shopping list
- 1 potato cut into slices (Thick slices) shopping list
- red pepper chunks shopping list
- yellow pepper chunks shopping list
- green onions shopping list
- portabella mushrooms shopping list
- Lawry’s salt or plain salt shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- butter cut into pats shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Clean fish with lemon juice
- Place a little bit of everything into foil w/butter at the top
- Close foil and cook
- if coking in an oven bake at 350
