How to make it

  • Приготовить киноа. В небольшую кастрюлю положить киноа, воду и щепотку соли. Довести до кипения и варить 15 минут на небольшом огне. Излишки воды слить.
  • Приготовить фасоль. В другой кастрюле смешать фасоль в соке и специи (карри, красный перец и корица). Довести до кипения и варить на медленном огне 7-10 минут, помешивая, пока бобы не размягчаться.
  • Смешать готовую фасоль и киноа.
  • Порубить лук и порезать помидор кубиками.
  • Выложить киноа на тарелку и посыпать помидором и луком.
  • Калорийность 1 порции: 278 кал, белки- 15г, жиры - 3г, углеводы - 49г.
