How to make it

  • 1. Bake and cool cupcakes as directed.
  • 2. Frost each cupcake with a thin base layer of frosting.
  • 3. Place mini doughnut on top of cupcake (making sure it sticks to frosting layer)
  • 4. Spread another thin layer of frosting on top of the mini doughnut and affix the doughnut hole to the top of the mini doughnut.
  • 5. Spread a third thin layer of icing on top of the doughnut hole. Stick marshmallow to the top.
  • 6. Use Snowman Pick and stick through as many layers as you can of the marshmallow/doughnuts. This will ensure the top portion of the cupcake stay intact.
  • 7. Use black royal icing to create small "button" on front of the cupcakes.
  • 8. Store in an airtight container.
