Watermelon Champagne Recipe

How to make it

  • Place watermelon and sugar in a blender and process until smooth. Half fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture. Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it. Serve at once.
  • Makes 8 servings.
