How to make it

  • Heat the cup of vegetable oil just until boiling point. add to juice, soy sauce salt and pepper mixture - add chicken right away. marinate for at least 25 minutes
  • Chop the leeks - heat the butter and oil, add leeks and thyme, and sautee leeks in that for several minutes. Add wine and let cook uncovered for a few minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and add to leek mixture. Cover and cook until cooked through.
  • Turn off heat and add cornstarch to suit desired consistency.
