How to make it

  • CRUST:
  • SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD GRATED MARGARINE.
  • ADD VINEGAR AND EGG
  • MIX WELL
  • PRESS DOUGH INTO GREASED PIE PLATE
  • FILLING:
  • MIX FLAKED TUNA, SANWICH SPREAD, MAY9ONNAISE, SALT AND PEPPER AND CHOPPED ONION TOGETHER AND SPOON INTO RA CRUST.
  • DISSOLVE MAIZE FLOUR IN MILK AND ADD BEATEN EGGS.
  • POUR THE MILK MIXTURE OVER THE FILLING AND BAKE FOR 25 MIN AT 180C UNTIL LIGHT BROWN AND SET.
  • ENJOY :)

    Cake flour?
    I think thats SR flour here in England.
    Grated mayo?
    Mine comes out of a jar, smott & creamy.
    Going to cook this, hubbie likes the sound of it too!!
