How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350
  • mix all ingredients except fish, s&p
  • use just enough sauce to moisten the stuffing
  • cut a pocket in the fish
  • cram in as much stuffing as you can, and mound over the top
  • butter the baking dish, and place the filet into it.
  • pour over the remaining sauce
  • can sprinkle with a little turmuric and or paprica for a littlecolor
  • bake 35-45 mins till fish is done
  • goes well with a few roasted winter veggies

    to use a 'jarred' Alfredo Sauce!
    I often do this very thing in recipes
    because I find these 'Sauces' very good~
    and also 'time-savers'!
