Oatmeal Crispy Wafers

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1C.Sugar
- 1Tsb Melted butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 C. Rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make it
- Beat eggs well. Add sugar and butter and beat, add vanilla and mixed dry ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoon full onto greased and floured backing sheet allowing plenty of room for spreading. Bake 5 - 8 minutes at 375*.
- Remove from pan while hot. ENJOY
