How to make it

  • Put cottage cheese, 2 tbs butter, garlic, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl and stir. Preheat oven for 300 degrees. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Take garlic out. Cook onion, chili, gingerroot, and collard greens in 2 tbs butter in oven until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Drain. Serve collards over cottage cheese mixture.
