Ginger Beer

- 1 pound, 4 oz ginger washed and peeled shopping list
- 1 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1 cup lemon juice shopping list
- Sugar to taste shopping list
- 2 1/2 quarts cold water shopping list
- 1 cup soda water shopping list
How to make it
- Grate roots. Put into a jar and set in the sun for one day. Mix lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, water, and soda water.
- Strain roots. Pour mixture and root juice into a pitcher. Put into refrigerator for 2 days.
- * I'm not sure if the beer can be stored for up to 2 days or if it needs to sit for 2 days. Book does not say.
