Swiss Chocolate Cooies

- 1 package Swiss chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter softened shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal divided shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, 1/2 cup shortening, butter, eggs and water in large bowl.
- Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes then fold in 1 cup cereal.
- Refrigerate one hour then crush remaining 2 cups cereal into coarse crumbs.
- Preheat oven to 350 then grease cookie sheets and shape dough into lā balls.
- Roll in crushed cereal then place on cookie sheets 1ā apart.
- Bake 11 minutes then cool 1 minute on cookie sheet and remove to wire racks.
