Great appetizer for parties

Ingredients
  • 2 - 10 oz pkgs. chopped spinach.
  • 3c - herb flavored stuffing mix.
  • 1 medium onion chopped fine.
  • 5 eggs - well beaten.
  • 1/2 c parmesan grated
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt.
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions
  1. Cook spinach without salt - drain well.
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  3. Chill about hour . ( easier to shape balls)
  4. shape into 1" -2" balls.
  5. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet @ 325 * for 20 minutes..
  6. Serve Hot.
  7. *Unbaked balls freeze well.
  8. * I use 1 pkg pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing mix.
  9. Enjoy !
