How to make it

  • In sauce pan on stove melt butter,add onions and celery,cook about 4 minutes , add flour let cook on med til flour is mixed with butter then add milk cook on medium high til forms a sauce ,add more milk if too thick or less then add half of velveeta cut into cubes heat til melted on med low heat.add nutmeg,cayenne,salt and pepper
  • spray casserole dish, add cooked elbows ,pour cheese sauce over, the other half velveeta cut into thick squares lay on top of casserole...bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes til cheese squares golden drk brown,let cool 10minutes at of oven serve with stewed tomatoes, and enjoy
