How to make it

  • Marinade the chicken over night in all it's ingredients.
  • In the morning cook the chicken over a grill or pan over medium heat making sure not to over cook.
  • Remove from heat and spread out each Fatira and over it apply 1 tbsp Garlic sauce, lettuce, pickled cucumber,chicken, 1/2 tsp chilli chutney and 1/2 tsp Tahina and roll folding the sides first then like a Swiss roll ( like spring rolls).
  • Cut the roll into 2"-3 " thick circles, place on a platter and decorate with pickled veggies and some garlic sauce on the side.
