- yogurt 21/2 cups shopping list
- fresh mint leaves, chopped 12-15 shopping list
- fresh coriander leaves 1/4 bunch shopping list
- ginger, chopped 1/2 inch piece shopping list
- Green chilli, chopped 1 shopping list
- Raw mango, seeded and sliced1/2 small shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste shopping list
- roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon shopping list
- ice cubes as required shopping list
How to make it
- Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder in a mixer. Add little water (you can use yogurt water) and grind to a fine paste. Add yogurt, one cup water and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
