- milk 3 cups shopping list
- sugar 3 tablespoons shopping list
- Subza, soaked 1 teaspoon shopping list
- Falooda, soaked in warm water1/2 packet shopping list
- Rose syrup 2 tablespoons shopping list
- vanilla ice cream 4 scoops shopping list
- Cashewnuts, chopped 10-12 shopping list
How to make it
- Heat milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Set aside to cool and then refrigerate. Add the soaked subza to the milk, stir and chill it in the refrigerator. Take four wide mouthed falooda glasses and layer each with half a tablespoon of rose syrup. Pour the milk equally into each glass, top it up with two to three tablespoons of falooda, a scoop of vanilla icecream and serve sprinkled with cashew nuts.
