Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Real Down Home butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons lime peel,grated shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Ground red chilies shopping list
- 6 Ears corn...with husks shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except corn.
- Remove the outer husks from each ear,then the silk.
- Spread each ear with 2 teaspoons butter mixture.
- Pull husks up and over the ears,tie to secure.
- Grill corn 3" from coals for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Turn frequently,until done.
- Serve with remaining butter mixture.
- ~Pretty as you please...Easy as a breeze~
