Elvis Pie (peanut Butter And Jelly)

- 1 pre made family pie crust (large) shopping list
- 1 pound peanut butter (smooth) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of white sugar shopping list
- 1 pound strawberry or raspberry jelly (jam) shopping list
- 12 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Crack eggs and seperate the yolks from the whites
- Resverve the eggwhites
- Pre cook the pie crust (as per directions)
- Remove from oven
- In a mixing bowl mix peanut butter with sugar (tip: microwave peanut butter for 2 minutes to soften)
- Fold in egg whites
- Place pie crust in pie dish
- Layer with a jelly (jam)
- Top with peanut butter and egg white mixture
- top with jelly and repeat with peanut butter and egg white mixture
- Continue until pie is almost full
- Top with fresh peanuts
- Bake in oven for 1 hour at 373 degrees faranheit
