Tropically Delicious!! and I love that it has all good ingredients. Use full fat coconut milk from the can for rich creaminess. I can absolutely see how you have to be careful with this one because it goes down very easy. I doubled the pineapple.
1/2 the recipe was plenty enough for one.
(Converted measurements are: 1/2 cup (4 oz) of coconut milk, 1/4 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 2 cups ice, 1/2 cup (4 oz) spiced rum)

You should call this legless in Cape Town. I just happen to have a bottle of Bundaberg 151 on hand and there is always coconut cream and pineapple around so maybe tomorrow, being Sunday, I’ll take the sacrament. Grazie. Thanks for the idea. RJ
