Olive Tapenade

- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp capers shopping list
- 1 cup black olives, drained shopping list
- sea salt & pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- juice of 1/2 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Take pits out of olives (if necessary).
- Place garlic, olives, and capers in food processor and blend (I prefer not too fine).
- Add salt & pepper and lemon juice to taste and add olive oil to make the tapenade nice and smooth.
