How to make it

  • Cook noodles and drain.
  • place in a large bowl
  • Blend butter and cram cheese smooth
  • Add sour cream and vanilla
  • Add eggs and blend smooth
  • Fold mixture with the noodles.
  • Combine the drained fruits and place in a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
  • Top with the noodle mixture
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight
  • When ready to bake, remove plastic and bake at 350 for 50 minutes
  • Combine the nuts and sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top
  • Dot with remaining butter
  • Continue to bake about 15 to 20 minutes more
