Sauteed Mushroom Salad Recipe
Just a simple salad dish for mushroom lovers like me!

Ingredients
  • 15g olive oil
  • 3 chopped spring onions
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 250g sliced mushroom
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 asparagus spears

Directions
  1. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
  2. Add crushed garlic, spring onions & basil. Cook for 1 min.
  3. Add the sliced mushroom & cook further 5 mins or till tender.
  4. Season with salt, ground pepper & lemon juice. Meanwhile, in a pan, boil the asparagus for 5 mins or till cooked.
  5. To serve, place the asparagus on a plate, pour the mushroom over the base of the asparagus & serve hot.
