Ingredients

2 beef flavored bouillon cubes

1/4 cup boiling water

1 (46 oz) can or bottle tomato juice, chilled

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 (10 oz ) bottle club soda, chilled

1 cup vodka (optional)

Directions

Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; let cool.

Stir in juices.

Just before serving, stir in club soda and if desired, vodka.

Serve over ice.

Yield: 7 cups
