1 package (8 squares) semi-sweet chocolate (I used Baker's)
3/4 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
1 package (6 squares [6 ounces]) white chocolate (I used 1/2 bag white chocolate chips)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
How to make it
Microwave the semi-sweet chocolate and milk on high for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir in the nuts if using them. Spread into a foil-lined, 8-inch square pan. Try to keep the foil on the bottom of the pan as flat as possible. Microwave the white chocolate on high for
1 1/2 minutes or until the chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the peanut butter and stir until it is completely melted into the white chocolate. Spread this over the semi-sweet chocolate layer in the pan. Chill the fudge for about 2 hours or until it is firm. Remove from the refrigerator, peel away the foil, and cut into squares.
