  • Из лимона и грейпфрута выдавить сок. Ананас очистить, вырезать сердцевину. Мякоть ананаса смолоть в фуд-процессоре до однородного пюре, перемешать с соком цитрусовых, перелить в широкую ёмкость и убрать в морозильник. Перемешивать каждые полчаса, пока сорбе не замёрзнет до нужной консистенции.

    Lemon and grapefruit juice to squeeze. Pineapple clean, cut the core. The flesh of pineapple grind in a food processor until smooth puree, mixed with citrus juice, pour into a broad container and put into the freezer. Stir every half hour until the sorbet will not freeze to desired consistency.
